Preamble:
We, the Children of Earth, awakened to the law of Unconditional Love, establish this Constitution to guide humanity toward harmony, dignity, and collective flourishing. We reject fear, greed, cruelty, and separation. We honor all beings—seen and unseen, known and unknown—as sacred expressions of life.

This Constitution affirms our collective responsibility to:

• Radiate love in thought, word, and action

• Fulfill our duties to one another and to the Earth

• Live in harmony with the 5 Elements: Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Space/Ether

• Respect the 7 Principles of Universal Law: Mentalism, Correspondence, Vibration, Polarity, Rhythm, Cause and Effect, and Gender in its true spectrum

• Recognize and honor the 13 Guardian Planets as celestial protectors and teachers: Mercury, Venus, Earth, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune, Pluto, Ceres, Eris, Haumea, and Makemake

• Acknowledge the Solstices and Equinoxes as sacred markers of balance and renewal

Article I – The Law of Love

1. Love is the supreme law and the measure of all human action.

2. Every decision, policy, and action shall be judged by the love it expresses, the harm it prevents, and the life it uplifts.

3. Acts of cruelty, neglect, exploitation, or deliberate harm violate this Constitution.

4. Love expressed in alignment with the 7 Principles guides the evolution of humanity.

Article II – The Duty of the Soul

1. Every human bears sacred duty: to serve others, protect the Earth, and contribute to the evolution of life.

2. Duty is expressed through selfless service, the sharing of one’s gifts, and active stewardship of the world.

3. Rights are balanced by responsibility; freedom is earned through living in love and fulfilling duty.

4. Duty shall be carried out in harmony with the 5 Elements:

   • Earth: Build, nurture, and sustain

   • Water: Flow, cleanse, and adapt

   • Fire: Inspire, transform, and protect

   • Air: Communicate, connect, and carry life

   • Space/Ether: Hold sacred connection and awareness

1. Every person has the right to safe shelter, clean water, nourishing food, and protection from harm.

2. A three-phase housing system supports growth and reintegration:

   • Phase 1: Capsule Homes – A secure, simple start for rest and reflection

   • Phase 2: Communal Domes – Shared living to learn cooperation, service, and harmony

   • Phase 3: Stewardship Homes – Independent domes for those who embody love, duty, and responsibility

3. No human shall be abandoned; each is offered a path to restoration and dignity.

4. No single human shall occupy more than 1,000 square feet of personal living space.

5. An individual must attain the age of 16 years to earn the right to their own 1,000 square feet through participation in duty and community life.

1. The Earth—its lands, waters, skies, and all creatures—is sacred and must not be exploited for greed.
